一、濾筒的檢查 定期檢查濾筒磨損情況，若磨損嚴重或發(fā)現(xiàn)有孔過濾效果明下降時立即更換。 1、一般檢查排放的過濾后的氣體是不是清晰 2、如果噴砂主機回砂困難，噴砂主機室視線不清晰，發(fā)現(xiàn)別的地方無問題，檢查濾筒是不是發(fā)生堵塞。 3、如果除塵系統(tǒng)配有壓差計的可監(jiān)測濾筒的壓力降是否超出正常值 二、濾筒的拆卸 1.在拆換濾筒時，應(yīng)先從機組的頂部檢修孔開始，這樣落入塵斗的塵粒將不致通過下面的檢修孔逸出。 2.用手反時針方向轉(zhuǎn)動旋鈕，松開螺栓，拆下密封蓋板，并置于一側(cè)。 3.用扳手反時針方向轉(zhuǎn)動旋下濾筒鎖緊螺母，置于一旁。 4.移動濾筒，剝掉濾筒和濾筒托板密封面之間的密封墊。慢慢轉(zhuǎn)動濾筒1/2轉(zhuǎn)，使所有堆積在濾筒頂部的垃圾掉落，從除塵器的前面檢修孔取出。（注意：拆換濾筒時需小心。當將濾筒從檢修口拉出時，沾滿灰塵的濾筒可能很重或會較難處理。） 5.檢查存灰地區(qū)的灰渣堆積情況，如果需要清掃即行清掃。 三、濾筒的安裝 1.將濾筒推入每個支架中，按順時針方向旋上并鎖緊鎖緊螺母。 2.擦凈檢修孔密封墊，按順時針方向轉(zhuǎn)動旋鈕，將密封蓋板重新安裝到支架的絲扣上，用手牢牢擰緊。 3.到這里除塵器便已安裝就緒，可供啟動。在啟動前再檢查電源，并接通壓縮空氣源。 濾筒拆裝和安裝時注意事項： 1拆卸有粉塵的濾筒時，需防護好自已的眼睛，防止粉塵進入眼睛。 2濾筒不可敲擊，也不可跌落地面或其它硬表面上，否則會損壞  濾筒，導致漏氣。 3為確保濾筒密封墊的可靠密封，必須將孔口四周濾筒支承襯板，每個濾筒端蓋和密封蓋板上的灰渣都清除干凈。 4不得使用溶劑來清潔密封墊的密封表面 四、灰渣的清除 1、每班需檢察集塵里上是否裝滿粉塵，并且及時進行清理。 2、在灰斗搬動和倒盡灰桶，重新安裝好灰筒。 五、除塵系統(tǒng)注意事項 1、仔細閱讀除塵系統(tǒng)說明書 2、除塵系統(tǒng)旁邊盡量預(yù)留1.5米之內(nèi)的檢修位置。 3、除塵器如果放在廠房外部，一定要有防雨棚。
